Italian ingredients on a table
For ingredients, we mean all those simple products that nature provides, such as vegetables and particular herbs such as basil.

Or ingredients where processing is essential to get products that we will use as an ingredient in recipes.

Italy is a land full of food specialties and rich in a variety of products.

Pasta, flour, rice, truffles, cured meats, fresh or seasoned cheeses, artichokes, aubergines, meat, seafood … the list is endless.

I also add the enormous variety of grapes that make our country an authentic homeland of wine.

And the olive trees that we find in many parts of the territory.

From Tuscany to Puglia, from Sicily to Liguria, olive trees that allow us to always get a delicious extra virgin olive oil.

We appreciate Italy for its ingredients and products and when we can find them abroad and we can use them in the kitchen, they make the difference in every dish.

The Italian ingredients are the diversity that distinguishes us in the world.
